Very high end property, the sky pool villa is insane, the rooftop pools have incredible views, the AMAZING free breakfast, the food at each of the restaurants was delicious, all of the free beach activities, the complimentary mini bar and snacks in the room, and the very attentive staff

The reception were nice , room specious& elegant. The breakfast amazing loved the bakery , dinner at rice market restaurant was great,my kids loved the kids club and the staff were friendly miss mina had this wonderful welcoming smile every morning , we really enjoyed our stay .

Where do I start? This hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The details. The choices. The staff. The quality. The cushions. The breakfast. Soon as I checked in I knew I would need more than 4days here. Worth every single penny!!!!! I could go on and on about how amazing this place was!!!! Please book go on the sunset cruise! It’s 10/10

Absolutely nothing comes to mind….

I was extremely impressed by the level of service and care provided by the staff, that made me feel truly valued as a guest. What stood out the most was the incredible attention to detail and staff members who remembered my preferences and met all my requests with great efficiency. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s gym, which was spacious, well-equipped and maintained to the highest standards. The morning yoga classes and massages were extremely good too. I particularly enjoyed eating at Aqua and Rice Market, which both offered beautifully presented and delicious dishes.

Hands down the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The facilities and service were impeccable. All the room amenities were the best of the best. Not to mention the gym and pool views sere breathtaking. There was also an amazing snack bar selection. My only mistake was I didn’t stay longer at this hotel. Would definitely come back next time!

Absolute nothing

The Regent impressed us with its top-notch service and the incredible attentiveness of the staff. Even when something unexpected happened, the staff immediately found the perfect solution.The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, and the cuisine is beyond praise — even vegans will find amazingly delicious options.The hotel offers plenty of entertainment, a perfect beachfront, and excellent pools!

- The staff were very friendly.- The villa was well oriented, clean. - The in-house pool was clean with no bugs and the size was big enough for two people.- The complimentary laundry service was good.- There were a total of four pools excluding the in-house pool, and watching the sunset from the pool at the rooftop bar was an amazing experience.

- There was stain on cutlery.

High tech resort, room was amazing! Amazing service throughout the resort, amazing buffet breakfast, a lot of activities to do and big kids play room! Definitely will be coming back

We stayed at the Regent Hotel in Phu Quoc for our honeymoon, and it truly made our stay unforgettable. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel special, and the attention to detail was exceptional.The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room and bathroom were simply stunning—spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. We also had the pleasure of spending time by the pool and the beach, both of which were immaculately clean and offered a perfect place to relax.I treated myself to a massage and facial at the spa, and the experience was wonderful. When I arrived, all the facial appointments had already been booked, but the hotel kindly opened up the spa an hour earlier just for me, which was above and beyond. The General Manager also made a point to walk around during breakfast and chat with guests, which added a personal and welcoming touch to the experience.The location is a bit further from the main town, but it wasn't a problem for us as we were happy to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning resort facilities. I would highly recommend the Regent Hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc – it’s truly a special place, and we can’t wait to return!

Genuinely can't think of anything!

Staff: they were extremely helpful and hospitable. Communication: they provided us with a WhatsApp number to communicate regarding absolutely everything.Room: it was spacious, clean and well put together. Their complimentary menu was huge.Restaurants was really delicious and diverse.Beach was clean and absolutely beautiful.Classes/ gym: ive attended yoga classes and they were amazing

It is a magnificent property with no expense spared. Every detail is top quality. The rooms are beautiful - exquisite. The common parts are spectacularly constructed but the overall interior design effect is more museum than resort

It was boring. The island of Phu Quoc has very little to recommend itself to luxury travellers - which is the demographic this hotel is aimed at. There is not much to do or see and it’s all a bit basic and shabby and scenically uninteresting. The luxury hotels therefore have to become destinations in themselves. Which means they have to create an on-site world and ambiance sufficient to maintain the interest of their guests. The Regent fails in this. It is a huge site which should, at the very least, offer a couple of shops, a bar/cafe on the beach, a swimming pool at beach level for adults with sufficient sun loungers ( the beachfront pool at the cafe nearest the beach only has a handful of in-water loungers and the water is not deep enough to be comfortably cooling. Like so much in this resort, the designers have only concentrated on appearance with very little thought for how the guests would successfully enjoy and navigate the space).OThe management of this hotel should take a trip to the Madinat Jumeirah hotel complex in Dubai for ideas on how to successfully manage a beach resort with stiflingly hot weather conditions and at the same time provide enough onsite variety and entertainment to keep guests happy for several days without the need to venture offsite.We found the bars and restaurants virtually empty and devoid of any atmosphere in the evenings. The food was very good and the staff were excellent. Like all international hotels it could benefit from offering a few Western staples - club sandwich, fried chicken, steak and fries, pasta pomodoro etc - for tourists who may be having an upset stomach and just occasionally craving something bland and familiar to eat.Sadly, what started out on Day 1 being an ‘Oh, wow - what an amazing hotel’ experience , soon became an ‘Oh it’s all a bit boring here - how many days do we have left?’ experience. On Day 1 we were definitely coming back on repeat visits but by day 5 we had decided one visit was enough.

The view from our room was gorgeous. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Staff were helpful and courteous. The family poolside was very relaxing. The beach was beautiful with lots of sun beds. Complimentary laundry and drinks/snacks were a pleasant surprise.

The location is a bit far off. Grab is a must.

The luxury. Very solid amenities, quiet and delightful beach, gorgeous breakfast, attention to details. Great service and amazing staff.

Location but that is fine for those of us who try to avoid the crowds.

Daily activities alot but many are limited slots, i couldnt enjoy doing the activities i wanted during my stay as many were fully booked. I suggest to allow guest to book in advance before their stay to enjoy the activities. Hotel breakfast buffet alot of variety but abit too much korean influence which i find odd. Lack of local cuisine to endulge on.

Not a single thing to fault. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We have stayed at other luxury accommodations / resorts but nothing like this before. So much that we did not once leave the resort other than to travel to and from the airport. We already have plans to return next April.

The service is very good. My wife ordered a pineapple juice which did not taste fresh. The staff replaced it with another one without charge. This response is rarely seen in even 5 stars hotel in Vietnam. The breakfast choices are impressive. The room design is very nice and comfortable. Snack and drink are excellent

all drinks and snacks in the mini bar are complimentary, sublimed our living experience and feel very welcomed.Also the staff willingness and competant to help booking and communicating with reataurants outside hotel gave me very warm feeling and happiness.The bed facing a big balcony and the sea feelvery comfortable

The friut in room although refilled everyday but those not eaten were not replaced through out stay and the friut became not fresh enough.
